Precautions for using permanent magnet suction cupsPermanent magnet suction cups are often used in industry and may encounter problems. The precautions for using a permanent magnet suction cup are as follows: pass through the magnetic yoke, pass through the ferromagnetic workpiece, and then return to the magnetic yoke to enter the magnet. In this way, the workpiece can be firmly attracted to the working surface of the permanent magnet suction cup, and the magnetic field lines will not reach the suction cup, forming a closed magnetic circuit inside the suction cup. Almost no magnetic field lines come out of the working surface of the suction cup, so the workpiece will not be attracted and can be unloaded smoothly. When lifting the suction cup, first clean the surface of the workpiece to be lifted, and remove the oxide scale and protrusions. Align the center of the suction cup with it, then place the suction cup on the plane of the workpiece, rotate the handle from the "-" position to the "direction" to the limit pin, check if the ramp of the handle is automatically locked, and then lift it. When lifting the permanent magnet suction cup workpiece, overloading is strictly prohibited, and it is strictly forbidden for human body to pass under the workpiece. The temperature and environment of the suspended workpiece shall not exceed 80 degrees Celsius, and there shall be no severe vibration or impact. When lifting cylindrical workpieces, the suction cup should keep the V-shaped groove in contact with the workpiece in two straight lines, so its lifting force is only 30% -50% of the rated lifting force. After lifting the suction cup, press the handle button inward to separate the protective device 1 on the handle from the pin. Rotate the handle from the "to" direction to the limit pin. Keep the suction cup in the closed state, separate the workpiece from the suction cup, and the magnetic discharge of the suction cup is closely related to the shape of the object, the weight and thickness of the lifted object. For example, a 500 kilogram suction cup typically only holds 250 kilograms of round steel. If a 500 kilogram round steel is adsorbed, it is easy to cause a lifting accident because the contact area between the suction cup and the lifted object is not sufficient. Suction cups are designed based on the principles of magnetic flux continuity and magnetic field superposition. The magnetic circuit design of the permanent magnet suction cup consists of multiple magnetic systems. By the relative motion of the magnetic system, the magnetic field strength of the work can be increased or eliminated, thereby achieving the purpose of clamping and unloading. Before using the permanent magnet suction cup, it is necessary to carefully check whether the equipment is usable. Overloading is strictly prohibited during use, and the temperature should not be too high to avoid danger. |
