1. Complete security protection functions:

The spindle linkage can be achieved by unlocking the input contact signal and the magnetization status output contact. It is equipped with adjustable charging (demagnetization) current overcurrent (or short circuit) protection and undercurrent (or open circuit) alarm functions. The electric permanent magnet suction cup is only connected to the power supply at the moment of charging (demagnetization);

2. Reliable work and simple operation:

All setting parameters and operating status can be monitored through the host panel, and it has the function of automatic tracking of power frequency, which can operate within the power supply voltage range of AC250~420V

(For AC380V power supply) or AC150-250V (for AC220V power supply), operate safely within the frequency range of 45-65Hz;

3. Flexible configuration and easy to use:

This product has 1-4 channels and can control 1-4 electric permanent magnet suction cups (or 1-4 electric permanent magnet suction cup group units). Each channel can be set to open or close according to requirements through demagnetization or demagnetization operations, which can effectively remove residual magnetism on the surface of the workpiece;

4. Control interface of electric permanent magnet suction cup controller:

There are multiple optional control interfaces available to meet various online control requirements, with optional remote control or PLC interfaces. Through optional data communication functions, the mechanical production line can control the suction cup requirements.

Realize synchronous operation of up to 64 controllers, complete matrix control or linkage control of up to 512 electric permanent magnet suction cups, to meet the control requirements of large and extra large mechanical processing equipment or mechanical production lines for suction cups.
