The rectifier controller inputs AC 380V voltage, which is reduced by a transformer and rectified by a rectifier to become DC 110V suction cup working voltage and 20V reverse demagnetization voltage. Then, the suction cup is magnetized or demagnetized through a contactor and an intermediate relay. The work host is equipped with a linkage lock, power supply, and work instructions.

Turn the power switch to the power side, the red indicator light will turn on, and the rectifier controller power on voltmeter will display the output voltage indicator. Rotate the demagnetization knob to the right, and the green indicator light will turn on. The ammeter will display the working current indicator, indicating that the suction cup is powered on by the magnet and the main machine bed can start working. After the work is completed, rotate the demagnetization knob to the left, the suction cup will be powered off, the demagnetization circuit will be conected, and the knob will automatically reset. The suction cup and workpiece will be demagnetized for 2-3 seconds, and the demagnetization will be completed. The workpiece can be removed from the suction cup.
