Product Introduction

The double tilted permanent magnet suction cup utilizes two types of magnetic forces, namely fixed magnetic steel and moving magnetic steel, to achieve relative superposition or reduction, in order to achieve magnetization or demagnetization. It belongs to a magnetic difference structure. Suitable for precision machining of composite angles on surface grinders, spark machines, engraving machines, and wire cutting machines. The magnetic pole spacing of the suction cup is fine, and the magnetic force distribution is uniform. The effect is particularly obvious when machining thin and small workpieces. The precision of the worktable remains unchanged during magnetization and demagnetization, and the suction cup has been specially treated to be non permeable, which can prevent corrosion of the cutting fluid and is suitable for working in the cutting fluid for a long time.
