Product Introduction

The single tilt permanent magnet suction cup consists of two parts, the upper part is a strong dense pole permanent magnet suction cup, and the lower part is a tabletop. The two are connected by a rotating shaft to form a single tilt permanent magnet suction cup. Single tilt permanent magnet suction cup is suitable for precision machining of single-sided angles in surface grinders, spark machines, engraving machines, and wire cutting machines. The magnetic pole spacing of the suction cup is fine, and the magnetic force distribution is uniform. The effect is particularly obvious when machining thin and small workpieces. The precision of the worktable remains unchanged during magnetization and demagnetization, and the suction cup is specially treated to be non permeable, which can prevent corrosion of the cutting fluid and is suitable for working in the cutting fluid for a long time.
