The rotating permanent magnet suction cup is made based on the principle of the rotating shaft. Although it is similar to the principle of the sine magnetic table, it has essential differences. The basic setting of the rotating permanent magnet suction cup is based on the scale bar at the rotating shaft, and the corresponding angle can be obtained for grinding without calculating according to the sine formula. Adjust angle range: 0-90 degrees. The rotary dense pole permanent magnet suction cup is suitable for surface grinding machines, spark machines, engraving machines, and wire cutting machines for precise positioning and processing of single-sided and double-sided angles. With a large rotation angle, it is more convenient to use. The suction cup magnetic poles have fine spacing and uniform magnetic force distribution, which is particularly effective when processing thin and small workpieces. The precision of the worktable remains unchanged during magnetization and demagnetization, and the suction cup has been specially treated to be non permeable, which can prevent corrosion of the cutting fluid and is suitable for working in the cutting fluid for a long time.
